Eric M. Seeley, P.E., is a skilled civil engineer at Lincoln Consulting & Engineering (LC&E), dedicated to delivering innovative land development solutions tailored to client needs. Eric’s interest in civil engineering began in high school when a technical drafting class sparked his passion for design. This led to an associate degree in Computer-Automated Drafting and Design, launching his career at a small civil engineering firm. His enthusiasm for land development grew as he completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Eric’s career spans firms of all sizes, allowing him to hone his skills in detailed design and exceptional customer service. At LC&E, Eric brings this wealth of experience to the table, helping clients realize their visions while building lasting relationships. For Eric, the most rewarding part of his work is seeing a client’s vision come to life and the collaborative process that makes it possible.
Outside of work, Eric is a musician, fitness enthusiast, avid cyclist, and passionate cook who enjoys reading and exploring the outdoors with his wife and dog. His favorite destinations include hikeable mountains, and he dreams of visiting the UK, Germany, Italy, and the Holy Land.
Guided by the advice to “begin with the end in mind,” Eric approaches each project with strategic precision, assuring outstanding results every time.
Joshua A. Lincoln, P.E., is the President of Lincoln Consulting & Engineering (LC&E) and a seasoned civil engineer with a deep-rooted passion for land development. Born and raised in Richardson, North Texas has always been home to Joshua, shaping both his personal and professional journey.
With a family background in trades, Joshua is the first in his lineage to transition to the design side of the construction industry, finding his calling during an internship as a junior at SMU. That initial experience sparked a love for land development, leading him to intern extensively throughout college and build a robust foundation in engineering. Over the years, Joshua has managed diverse infrastructure and site designs, from small corner convenience stores to expansive, multi-phase developments.
Joshua’s vision for LC&E stems from his unique career experiences at both large and boutique consulting firms. He founded the company to combine the personalized, hands-on approach of smaller firms with the resources and service quality of larger organizations. Under his leadership, LC&E is dedicated to navigating the challenges of land development with innovative solutions tailored to each project’s unique needs.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys fishing, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his family, often revolving around his children’s extracurricular activities. He is inspired by mountain landscapes and dreams of visiting Alaska to experience its majestic pine forests. For Joshua, the ever-changing challenges of his work are what keeps him motivated, as every site and design offers an opportunity to grow, innovate, and succeed.
